No. 1/2023/1009, dated 17-02-2023 of the

Department of Revenue and Disaster

Management, Puducherry.

In pursuance of the Notification cited, the Sub/

Deputy Collector (Revenue) has been designated as the

Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and

Resettlement of affected families in respect of the

proposed Acquisition of Land for Construction of

Railway Station with Yard arrangements at Thirunallar

in Karaikal District under the New Broad Gauge line

between Peralam and Karaikal, under rules 20 of the

Puducherry RFCTLARR Rules, 2016 and read with

provision of section 43 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013. The

Administrator (Rehabilitation and Resettlement) has

prepared a Draft Scheme for Rehabilitation and

Resettlement for families affected by the proposed Land

Acquisition under rule 22 of the Puducherry RFCTLARR

Rules, 2016 and section 16 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

The said Draft Plan is placed in the following offices

for public view for 15 days from the date of this notice.

The public in general and land owners in specific may

view the plan on any working day in the below

mentioned offices.

and the name ‘Sarassou’ that is mentioned in my
