4. The Department dealing with the subject matter

relating to Welfare of Minorities of the Union territory

the Ministry of Minority Affairs, New Delhi.

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an

industrial dispute has arisen between the management

M/s. Srinivasa Surfactants Private Limited (Formerly

Srinivasa Chemical Enterprises), Sanyasikuppam,

Puducherry and Thiruvalargal P. Murugan and

S. Jayaseelan, represented by Thiru K. Mahendran,

Pudhiya Jananayaga Thozhilalar Munnani, over

reinstatement along with other attendant benefits, in

respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this

order;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is

necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated

vide G.O.Ms.No. 20/9/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the

Labour Department, Puducherry, to exercise the powers

conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10

of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV

of 1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to

Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred

to the Labour Court, Puducherry, for adjudication.

The Labour Court, Puducherry, shall submit the Award

within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as

stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with

rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules,

1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement

of claim complete with relevant documents, list of

reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry,

within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference

and also forward a copy of such statement to each one

of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for offering highest rate

per lot for sale of unserviceable/damaged, obsolete

furniture items/fallen trees/dead trees/logs and tops/

branches of pruned trees of each School under the

control of the Office of the Chief Educational Officer,

Puducherry, in “as-is-where-is condition”.

2. The details of the Schools and its unserviceable/

damaged, obsolete furniture items/fallen trees/dead

trees/logs and tops/branches of pruned trees are

furnished in the Annexure-I.

3. The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed

to the Chief Educational Officer, Puducherry, duly sealed

and superscripted on the envelope as “Tender for

purchase of unserviceable/damaged, obsolete furniture

items fallen trees/dead trees/logs and tops/branches of

pruned trees” and to reach the undersigned on

19-07-2023 between 11.15 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. The

received tenders will be opened on the same day at

11.30 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their

authorised representatives who are present at the time

of opening of tenders. If, the tenders opening day

happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened

on the next working day.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

summarily be rejected. The tenderer who have submitted

tender in sealed cover only allowed to participate in the

public auction.

5. The intending tenderer should deposit an amount

of ` 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) as earnest

money deposit. The earnest money deposit of

unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately

after the tender/auction sale is over.

6. The tenderer can inspect the unserviceable/

damaged, obsolete furniture items fallen trees/dead

trees/ logs and tops/branches of pruned trees available

in Schools during the office hours with the permission

of the Headmaster/Headmistress from 10-07-2023 to

18-07-2023 at 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

7. If, the highest tender amount offered by the

tenderer is found to be not acceptable, the public

auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the

highest tender amount as minimum bid amount.

8. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of

the materials will be admitted once the tender/auction

is finalised. This Office is not responsible for the safe

custody of the articles once the tender/auction is over.

9. The tenderers should submit the following

self-attested copies of the documents along with their

tenders, i.e., (i) Valid GST Certificate (ii) PAN Card

(iii) Aadhaar Card.

10. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

entire amount immediately and clear all articles within

24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, including tree

cutting charges failing which the earnest money deposit

will be forfeited. GST rate in force will be charged extra

on the amount finalised.

11. The undersigned reserves the right either to

accept or reject any tender or all without assigning any

reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final

in case of any dispute.

(All India Secondary School Examination 2007 and All

India Senior School Certificate Examination 2009), my

name is mentioned as ‘Bhawna Singhmar’.

Further, I state that in my Employment Identity

Card Emp. No. TAC 0186, issued by the Principal,

Tagore Government Arts and Science College,

Government of Puducherry and in my Employment

Service Book, my name is mentioned as ‘Bhawna’.

Further, I state that in my Certificate of Marriage,

issued on 06-12-2019 by the Marriage Registrar,

Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, Panchkula

District, State of Haryana, my name is mentioned as

‘Bhawna’ now ‘Bhawna Singhmar’.

I state that the names ‘Bhawna Singhmar’ as

found in my Aadhaar Card and School Certificates,

‘Bhawna’ now ‘Bhawna Singhmar’ as found in

Certificate of Marriage and ‘Bhawna’ as found in the

online publication at “https://styandptg.py.gov.in”

names of myself to be produced before the Competant

Authority of the Tagore Government Arts and

Science College, Puducherry, to make necessary

corrections in my Service Book and before the

Government of Puducherry or other concerned

authorities wherever needed.

Further, I do hereby declare that I have not

concealed any true facts or misrepresented and the

facts stated above are true to the best of my

knowledge, belief and information, and nothing has

been concealed thereon.
