07-02-2023 of the Labour Department, Puducherry,

published in the Official Gazette No. 8, dated 21-02-2023,

in lieu of the existing words “over strike by the union

workmen” the words “over transfer of union President

Thiruvalargal K. Ezhumalai and S. Segar, Joint

Secretary of the said union by way of victimization”

shall be substituted wherever applicable.

In the G.O. Ms. No. 7/SWS/2023-24/6658, dated

19-07-2023 of the Under Secretary, Directorate of Social

Welfare, Puducherry, published in the Official Gazette,

Extraordinary Part-II, No. 62, dated 26-07-2023, the title

of the Scheme viz., Scheme for annual payment of

premium as prescribed from time to time by Government

of India under “Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana

(PMSBY)” shall be read as “Chief Minister’s Insurance

Scheme for payment of premium under PMSBY”.

2. All other terms and conditions in the abovesaid

Government Order shall remains unaltered.
