NOTICE OF ATTACHMENT

Notice of attachment to Tmt. Calpanadevi, wife of Thiru K. Deivanayagam (late), legal heir of

Thiru K. Deivanayagam, sole proprietor of M/s. Calpana Service Station, Puducherry

Take Notice that as you have not paid or shown sufficient cause for the non-payment of the sum of

` 24,16,38,224* (Rupees twenty-four crores sixteen lakhs thirty-eight thousand two hundred and twenty-four only)

although, the said sum has been duly demanded in writing from you. Therefore, the landed properties/building

belonging to you as described in the Annexure is/are hereby placed under attachment and that unless the arrear

due by you with interest and other charges be paid within 15 days from the date of service of this Notice, the

attached property shown in the Annexure will be brought to sale in due course of law.

You will further take Notice that from the date of this Attachment Notice until the date of sale of your land/

building hereby attached, you will be held liable for payment of tax/penalty/interest/kist/fees or such other amount

due to the Commercial Taxes Department, Puducherry and the said amount will be demanded of, and levied from

you as arrears of land revenue.
