Secondary Course Examination Mark Certificate beyond the scope of recovery, the necessary steps have been
taken to issue Duplicate certificates. If, anyone finds the original Mark Certificate(s), it/they may be sent to
the Secretary, State Board of School Examinations (Sec.), College Road, Chennai – 600 006 for cancellation, as
it is/they are no longer valid.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rates
per lot of obsolete/unserviceable articles such as
(i) Library books, (ii) Sports materials and other articles
and (iii) e-waste materials available in the Office of the
Vice-Principal, Soucilabai Government Girls Higher
Secondary School, Puducherry, as per the Terms and
Conditions mentioned below for sale by the undersigned
in “as-is-where-is” condition
Terms and Condition
1. The tenders should be addressed to the Vice-Principal,
Soucilabai Government Girls Higher Secondary School,
Puducherry, superscripted as “Tender for the
purchase of obsolete/unserviceable articles such as
(i) Library books, (ii) Sports materials and other
articles, and (iii) e-waste materials” so as to reach the
undersigned on or before 05-09-2023 at 4.00 p.m.
2. Tender for e-waste materials must comply the
norms of Pondicherry Pollution Control Committee,
Puducherry.
3. Separate tender for each articles should be
submitted. The cover shall be superscripted the “name
of each items”.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected.
5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) for each item as
earnest money deposit before submission of tender.
6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded after the tender/auction sale
is over/finalized.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender/auction or all the items without
assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the
undersigned is final in case of any dispute.
8. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount immediately and clear all the articles within 24
hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest
money deposit will be forfeited.
9. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of
the unserviceable furniture items will be admitted once
the tender is finalized.
10 The intending tenderers can inspect the items
during the office hours on any working day in the
Soucilabai Government Girls’ Higher Secondary
School, Puducherry, with the permission of the
Vice-Principal between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm during
30-08-2023 to 05-09-2023
11. The sale will be effected only to the highest
bidder.
12. The Government in no way be held responsible
for the safe custody of the articles once the auction is
confirmed.
13. The GST as per the rate in force will be charged
extra on the amount finalized.
14. The tender will be opened on 06-09-2023 at
11.00 a.m. for library books/sports materials and other
materials and e-waste materials tender will be opened
on 06-09-2023 at 3.00 p.m. If, the tender opening day
happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened
on the next working day. Any incomplete tender
received is liable for rejection.

I, Baskaran, son of Ramachandran, aged 50 years,
residing at No. 19, 2nd Cross, Adhiparasakthi Nagar,
Thengaithittu Road, Mudaliarpet, Puducherry-605 004,
do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm, and state on
oath as follows:
That I am the deponent herein.
I state that my father’s name has been written as
‘Ramachandran’ as surname in my Indian Passport
No. V9171539, dated 06-10-2022, valid up to
05-10-2032, issued at Dubai.
I state that my father’s name has been written as
‘Ramachandiran’ in my General Operator’s Certificate
(GMDSS) No. GOC-C-4754, issued by Assistant
Wireless Adviser to the Government of India,
Department of Telecommunications, R.L.O., Chennai,
dated 26-07-2013, in my Aadhaar Cad No. XXXX
XXXX 9282, PAN Card No. ARSPB6364K and in my
Elector’s Photo Identity Card No. YBP0182857.
I declare that both the abovesaid names of
my father viz., ‘Ramachandran’ and ‘Ramachandiran’
mentioned in the above records are denoting one
and the same person, they referring my father only.
I state that I always use to write my father’s name
as ‘Ramachandran’ on all records, papers and all
affairs of my life.
Further, I state that in my Aadhaar Card, Elector’s
Photo Identity Card, Passport and in my PAN Card,
my name has been entered as ‘Baskaran’. Whereas,
my name is mentioned as ‘√V¸Ô´[’ in my Family
Ration Card.
Hence, I declare that the abovesaid names in the
said records are referring one and the same person
that is myself only.
Finally, I state and declare that I intend to change
my name with my surname as ‘Ramachandran
Baskaran’ for my future needs.
The above deposition is true and correct to the
best of my knowledge and belief, and nothing material
has been concealed therein.
