NOTIFICATION

As per the provisions contained in the G.O. Ms. No. 11/2022-Hg.,

Puducherry, dated 15-12-2022 for change of land use, the Puducherry Planning

Authority has received requests for change of land use in the notified

Comprehensive Development Plan for Puducherry Planning Area-2036, in respect

of certain lands (as listed below). The requests have been recommended by the

Puducherry Town and Country Planning Board and concurred to call for objections/

suggestions from the public regarding the following proposed land use changes.

websites of Town and Country Planning Department and Puducherry Planning Authority https://tcpd.py.gov.in and

https://ppa.py.gov.in and if, any person intends to make any objection/suggestion with regard to the changes

proposed may do so in writing to The Chief Town Planner, Town and Country Planning Department, Puducherry,

through e-mail id : [email protected] and [email protected], within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication

of this notification in the Official Gazette.
