TENDER NOTICE

The highest rate of your offer to the undersigned

towards the disposal of old unserviceable/damaged

items belonging to Ka. Mannavan, Government Middle

School, Karaikal, mentioned in the Annexure enclosed

along with upset price .

The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in cash

before opening of the sealed tenders. The earnest

money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be

refunded after the tenders are opened and successful

tenderer selected.

The intending tenderers may inspect the said articles

during office hours with the permission of the

undersigned between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. during the

last 2 days before the date of tender sale.

The rate quoted should be subject to the following

terms and conditions:

(i) Quotation shall be submitted on or before

26-10-2023 at 4.00 p.m. and quotation shall be opened

on next day i.e., 27-10-2023 at 4.00 p.m. (Contact No.

(ii) Quotation shall be sent in a sealed cover

addressed to “The Headmistress, Ka. Mannavan

Government Middle School, Karaikal and submit the

same in the Camp Office at Samagra Shiksha,

Chief Educational Officer Campus, Thalatheru,

Karaikal-609 605”, duly superscripted as “Quotation

for purchase of old unserviceable items”.

(iii) The rate quoted shall be as a lot for all items

exclusive of taxes, GST amount will be collected from

the successful tenderer at appropriate rate applicable

as per Government norms.

(iv) The undersigned reserve the right to reject

any or all quotations without assigning any reason

thereof.

(v) The successful tenderer shall arrange to remove

the old unserviceable/damaged items within a day.

(vi) On failure of this arrangement, the earnest

money deposit paid will be forfeited.

(vii) In case of any dispute, the decision of the

Chief Educational Officer, Karaikal will be the final.

2. The intending tenderers should quote the rates

in their respective sealed covers along with their

respective GSTIN Nos. inscribed on the top of the bid

along with a copy of GST Registration Certificate enclosed

in the bid. Tampered, improperly pasted and unsigned

bids will summarily be rejected.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 3,500 (Rupees three thousand five hundred only)

as earnest money deposit to this office while submitting

the tenders.

4. While submitting the bid and earnest money deposit,

the intending tenderers should produce a Government

issued Identity Card for personal verification, in case

of a Firm the tenderer should produce a Certificate for

proving himself the Proprietorship/Partner of the Firm

for participating in the bid. No proxy bid shall be

accepted.

5. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tenders

are finalized.

6. Tenders received after the due date and time shall

not be accepted.

7. GST At the rate applicable will be charged extra.

8. The tenders should be submitted in sealed cover

superscripted as “Tender for purchase of obsolete

wooden logs” and should be addressed to the Office

of the Vice-Principal, MOH Farook Maricar Government

Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Kalapet, Puducherry on

or before 16th October 2023 at 10.30 hours. The tenders

will be opened on the same day at 11.00 hours in the

presence of the tenderers present at that time.

9. The tender shall be awarded to the highest amount

quoted tenderer. The successful tenderer should pay

the full amount (after deduction of earnest money

deposit) of the bid immediately and should submit the

copy of the receipt of GST amount paid to the

Commercial Tax Department and should remove the

items within 24 hours at his/her own risk and expenses.

10. The materials can be inspected during Office

hours on any working day of this Office till 15th October

2023. The items will be disposed off as it is and where

it is.

11. No Claim about the quantity/quality and value of

the items will be entertained after opening the tenders.

12. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender or the whole bidding process without

assigning any reason thereof.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.
