PUBLIC NOTICE

In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning

Act, 1969 (No. 13 of 1970), read with sub-rule (3) of Rule 40 of the Puducherry Town and Country

Planning Rules, 1974, and with the Consent of the Government, vide O.M. No. 1-4/CS(Hg)/2013,

dated 18-10-2023, notice is hereby given that a Comprehensive Development Plan, 2041 for the

Yanam Planning Area has been prepared for the entire Yanam region of 30.00 sq.kms. A copy of

the same along with proposed land use Maps and land use Register is kept available at the Office

of the Yanam Planning Authority, 1st Floor, Mini Civil Station, Government Road, Yanam-533 464,

for inspection during the office hours in all working days. The Comprehensive Development Plan

is also available in the Official Website : https://tcpd.py.gov.in/

Any person who intends to make any objections/suggestions with respect to the proposed

land use map and Register of the said Comprehensive Development Plan for Yanam region may

do so in writing to the Member-Secretary, Yanam Planning Authority, Yanam, within 60 (sixty) days

from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette of Puducherry. Objections/

Suggestions if any, shall be addressed to the Member-Secretary, Yanam Planning Authority at the

abovesaid Address or at [email protected] through e-mail.
