NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-clause (vi) of clause (n)

of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947),

read with item 10 of the First Schedule thereunder, the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry, is pleased to declare the “Fire Brigade Service” of the Government

of Puducherry, as a “Public Utility Service” for a further period of six months

from 22nd October, 2023 to 21st April, 2024 in the exigencies of public interest.
