NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Puducherry

Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1967 (Act 5 of 1967), the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry, is pleased to extend the time-limit up to 30-11-2023 for the payment of

Motor Vehicle Tax (without penalty) for the 3rd Quarter of the Financial Year

2023-2024, i.e., from 01-10-2023 to 31-12-2023, in respect of Transport Vehicles used

or kept for use in the Union territory of Puducherry.

2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department, Puducherry

vide their I.D.No. 30714/FC/FD/F5/A1/2023, dated 26-10-2023.
