In my H.S.C. Mark Sheet under Sl.No. HSS

In my School Transfer Certificate under
Sl.No. 2019/156, my name has been mentioned as
‘Govardhine K’.
Hence, the abovesaid all the names in the said
records are referring and identifying one and the
same person i.e., myself only.
Further, I state that I intent to change my name
as per numerological and sentimental reasons as
‘K.Govardhan (˛.ºÔVkÏ>[)’ for my future
correspondence and records.
I declare that hereinafter, I shall be known, called
and identified only by the name ‘K.Govardhan
