NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of the section 16

of the Puducherry Settlement Act, 1970 (Act No. 28 of 1970), the District Collector

of Puducherry, hereby specifies that Thiru G. Sivasankar, Deputy Tahsildar, Office

of the Deputy Collector (Excise), Puducherry, as Specified Officer to effect mutation

only for the Special Drive of mutation to farmers under PM-KISAN in respect of

Kodathur Firka.

2. The powers conferred under this Notification to the abovesaid Officer

will be withdrawn automatically after completion of the Special Drive of mutation.
