NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 215 of

the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act No. 59 of 1988), the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry, is pleased to approve the constitution of “State Level Steering

Committee” in the road transport sector in the Union territory of Puducherry, with

the following Officers as Members with immediate effect:-
