NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to make the

following Amendment to the “Scheme for free supply of tools to Poor

Washermen and Barbers in the Union territory of Puducherry” notified

in the G.O. Ms. No. 38/2003-Wel(SW-V), dated 19-09-2003 of the

Chief Secretariat (Welfare), Puducherry (hereinafter referred to as the

said rules) to enable to include one sterilizer in the list of tools to be

distributed to the Poor Washermen and Barbers in the Union territory

of Puducherry, namely:-

attached to the said rules, the following words may be substituted,

namely:-

(r) Sterilizer

. . 1 No.

2. This amendment shall come into force from the date of

publication in the Official Gazette.

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department

vide their ID.No. 30703/FC/FD/F5/A1/2023-24, dated 26-10-2023.
