TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are
invited for disposal of e-waste scraps as listed below
belonging to the Puducherry Seed Certification Agency,
Puducherry, from the authorized e-waste Collection
Centre/Recycler/Dismantler (valid licence holders) in
as-is-where-is condition.

2. Rate to be quoted : per kilogram only.
3. The sealed tenders should be addressed to
“The Chief Seed Certification Officer, Seed Certification
Agency, Puducherry” duly superscripted on the envelop
as “Tender for e-waste scraps” and sent to the undersigned
to reach on or before 06-12-2023 at 11.00 a.m. The
tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in
the presence of the tenderers, in the premises of
Puducherry Seed Certification Agency, Puducherry. If,
the day for opening the tenders happens to be a public
holiday for any reasons, the tenders will be received
and opened by the same time on the next working day.
4. The intending tenderers (valid licence holders)
may inspect the items at the Puducherry Seed
Certification Agency, Puducherry, No. 157, New Light
House Road, Vambakeerapalayam, Puducherry, in all
working days from 21-11-2023 to 05-12-2023 during
office hours with prior permission of the Chief Seed
Certification Officer, Puducherry Seed Certification
Agency, Puducherry. The tenders received after the due
date and time will summarily be rejected.
5. The intending tenderers produce the following
self-attested photocopy of the documents/certificates
must be enclosed along with the tenders:
(a) Valid GST/Sales Tax Certificate.
(b) PAN Card or Aadhaar Card or valid Family
Ration Card.
(c) Valid renewed licence in connection with
authorized e-waste Collection Centre/Recycler/
Dismantler, Water consent and Air consent.
6. The highest tender amount offered by the
tenderer is to be acceptable.
7. Acceptance of the tenders will be intimated to the
successful tenderer after finalization of the tender
process.
8. The successful tender shall remove the sold
articles within a week of payment, until which time, the
items be stored free of charges.
9. The Agency will not be in any way held
responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold
articles. Once the tenders is finalized, no claim on the
quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.
10. The successful tenderer should furnish the
relevant documents after disposal of e-waste as per the
Pollution Control Board procedure.
11. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof
and the decision of the undersigned will be the final
and binding on all the tenders.

Bona fide Certificate, dated 11-07-2023, issued by the
Principal, Petit Seminaire Higher Secondary School,
Puducherry, my said minor son’s name has been
mentioned as ‘Ragulraja @ Jerrish Ragulraja’.
Further, I state that in the Aadhaar Card of my said
minor son under No. XXXX XXXX 3803, his name
has been mentioned as ‘Jerrish Ragul Raja (ÿ¤ˆi

In the Family Ration Card under No. 228589, my
said minor son’s name has been mentioned as ‘ÿ¤ˆi

Further, I state that in order to avoid repetition
confusion of same name, towards my son’s name,
I have decided to delete the prefix name ‘Ragulraja’
and to call, use and mention his name in future as
‘Jerrish Ragul Raja (ÿ¤ˆi ´Vz_ ´V¤V)’.
I state that hereinafter, my said minor son shall
be known and identified only by the name ‘Jerrish
