13. In my son Raashith Ahamed studying in
Immaculate Heart of Mary’s Government Aided Boys’

which my name is spelled as ‘Sathiyaseelan @ Abdul
Rahaman’.
14. I, voluntarily and out of my own willing,
embrace Islamic religion before Government Town
Kazy at Puducherry on 31-03-2011, my name is
mentioned as ‘Abdul Rahman (∂©m_ ´„\V[)’.
15. Often, I met difficulties to explain the
differences in my name’s spelling in the
above-mentioned documents and I hereby declare
that all the names viz., ‘Sathiyaseelan, ‘ƒ›]BÊÈ[’,
‘P.ƒ›]BÊÈ[’, Sathiyaseelan.P’, ‘∂©m_ ´„\V[ @
ƒ›]BÊÈ[’, ‘Abdul Rahman (∂©m_ ´„\V[) and
‘Sathiyaseelan @ Abdul Rahaman’ are denoting one
and the same person, they referring myself only.
16. Further, I declare that hereinafter, I shall be
known and identify only by the name ‘Abdul Rahaman
