NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-clause (iv) of clause (n)

of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947),

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to declare the Electricity

Department of the Government of Puducherry, as a “Public Utility Service” for

a further period of 6 (six) months from 09-02-2024 to 08-08-2024 in the exigencies of

public interest.
