NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Puducherry

Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1967 (Act 5 of 1967), the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry, is pleased to extend the time-limit up to 29-02-2024, for the payment of

Motor Vehicle Tax without penalty for the 4th Quarter of the Financial Year

2023-2024, i.e., from 01-01-2024 to 31-03-2024, in respect of Transport Vehicles used

or kept for use in the Union territory of Puducherry.

2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department, Puducherry

vide their I.D. Note No. 30999/FC/FD/F5/A1/2023-24, dated 09-02-2024.
