issued by the Principal, Government Higher Secondary
School, Indira Nagar, Puducherry.
I state that my father’s name is entered as
‘Pragalathan’ in my PAN Card, issued by the
Income-tax Department bearing No. ABHPE2916M.
I submit that the names described in the abovesaid
records viz., ‘Ravipragalathan’, ‘Pragalathan’,
‘Raviprahalathan’ and ‘∏´ÔÈV>[’ are referring one
and the same person i.e., my father only.
The above statements in the above paragraphs are
true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
