NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 6 of the Puducherry

Consumer Protection (Salary, Allowances and Conditions of Service of President

and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2021,

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to appoint Dr. S. Sundaravadivelu,

s/o. P. Subramanian, Member of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,

Puducherry, to officiate as the President of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal

Commission, until the Office of the President of the said Commission is filled up.

The appointment is further subject to outcome of the W.P.No. 20985 of 2023

pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras.
