NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(g) of sub-section (4) of

section 329 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, read with S.O.No. 2506(E),

dated 28th June 2024, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India,

the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry, hereby specifies the following Officials of

Forensic Science Laboratories of Puducherry as ‘Scientific Expert’ for the purpose

of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

1. Director

2. Senior Analyst

3. Analyst (Scientific) in the relevant field

4. Junior Analyst

2. This Notificiation shall be deemed to have come into force with effect

from 1st July 2024.
