NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, read with Notification vide S.O No. 2506(E),
dated 28-06-2024 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India,
New Delhi, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints the Officers
mentioned under Column (2) of the Table as Executive Magistrates with effect
from the date of the Notification in respect of the area mentioned against the
corresponding entry under column (4) of the said Table and confers on them all
the powers of an Executive Magistrate under the said code.
