NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 7
of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Government of Puducherry hereby
constitutes an independent multi-disciplinary “Expert Group” with the following
Members to evaluate the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report submitted by the
Social Impact Assessment Team in connection with acquisition of land measuring
to an extent of 00.06.90 Hectares at R.S.Nos. 1/3 and 1/6 of No. 35 - Oulgaret
Revenue Village, Puducherry for “Construction of Masonry Drain from Kurumbapet
Housing Board to Pichaiveeranpet, Puducherry”. The Expert Group shall make its
recommendations within a period of two months from the date of its constitution:
