TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rates per kilo (excluding
G.S.T.) are invited from the tenderers for the sale of the
following old items belonging to the office of the
Deputy Collector (Revenue) North, Puducherry in
as-is-where-is condition basis.

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the
Deputy Collector (Revenue) North, Puducherry, duly
superscribing on a single envelope as “Tender for the
purchase of Waste papers/Records/Vouchers” so as to
reach this office on or before 22-08-2024 at 12.00 noon.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m.
in the presence of the tenderers, if any at the office of
the undersigned. In case, the above fixed date happens
to be a public holiday, the tender seal will be opened
on the next working day.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest
money deposit to the Cashier, Office of the Deputy
Collector (Revenue) North, Puducherry, along with the
tenders. Tenderers should submit a copy of the Aadhaar
as identity and address proof along with copy of GST
Registration Certificate.
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender
sale is finalized. Whereas, the earnest money deposit
of the successful tenderer will also be returned after the
official process is completed in all respects.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected.
6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount at the rate applicable immediately and clear the
items within 24-08-2024 at his/her/their own risk and
cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be
forfeited.
7. The intending tenderers should bring weighing
machine including electronic one.
8. No claim on the quality and quantity of the articles
will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
9. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles
during office hours on any working day in the Office
of the Deputy Collector (Revenue) North, Revenue
Complex, Saram, Puducherry.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender in part or whole without assigning any
reasons thereof. In case of any dispute, the decision of
the undersigned will be the final.
11. Once the tender process is completed, no claim
related to the quantity and quality of the items will be
admitted.
12. Separate rate must be quoted for each item and
submitted in a single envelope. The tenderer who
quotes the overall highest total amount for all the
3 items will be chosen as H1 and the tender will be
awarded to him/her.
13. GST will be levied on the sale of Waste papers/
Records/Vouchers as per the rates prevailing at the time
of disposal/sale. Tenderers registered under GST Act
alone shall participate in the tender.

Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973,
objections, if any, to the setting up of the above industry, are invited to reach the Commissioner, Mannadipet Commune
Panchayat, within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by Mannadipet Commune
Panchayat.
