NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of

the Puducherry Civil Courts Act, 1966 (Act No. 12 of 1966), the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry, hereby fixes the number of District Munsif Court at Puducherry Region

in Puducherry District as five, with effect from the date the District Munsif,

Puducherry, assumes charge of the said Court.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of

the Puducherry Civil Courts Act, 1966 (Act No. 12 of 1966) and in partial

modification of the Serial No. 2 of the Table under the Notification-I issued vide

G.O. Ms. No. 24/2014-LD., dated 24th July, 2014 of the Law Department, Government

of Puducherry, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby fixes the number of

Subordinate Judge’s Courts at Puducherry region in Puducherry District as four,

with effect from the date the Sub-Judge, Puducherry, assumes charge of the said

Court.
