9. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is

finalised.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

12. A separate rate must be quoted on each items.

13. The highest bid rate will be valid for one year

“e-Tenders” are invited on behalf of the President of

India by the Directorate of Stationery and Printing,

Puducherry for centralized purchase of Compostable

Carry Bags (Black) for the year 2024-25 through

e-procurement system. Tenderers should submit

their tender online at the Government website

processed online only and hence, hardcopy submission
