Puducherry, dated 30th August 2024.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are

invited for (sale/clearing) from the local tenderers for

the following old items belonging to the Office of the

District Industries Centre, Puducherry.

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

“General Manager, District Industries Centre, Puducherry”,

duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for

purchase of old newspapers, magazines and waste papers”

and to reach the undersigned on or before 26-09-2024

at 12.00 noon. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m.

on the same day in the presence of the tenderers those

who are present in the chamber of the undersigned at

District Industries Centre, Puducherry.

3. If necessary, the public auction will be conducted

among the tenderers to fix the highest rate.

4. The intending tenderers/bidders should deposit

an amount of

1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest

money deposit. Tenderers/bidders should submit a copy

of any identity and address proof or Aadhaar Card

along with GST particulars.

5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers/bidders will be refunded immediately, soon

after the tender/auction sale is over. Tenderers/bidders

should produce valid identity proof to get refund of

their earnest money deposit amount.

6. Tender(s) received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders/bids without assigning any

reason thereof.

8. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the full

amount immediately as and when a call is made and clear

the old items within 24 hours at his/her own risk and

cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be

forfeited.

9. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is

finalised.

10. The intending tenderers/bidders can inspect the

articles during office hours in the office store with the

permission of the undersigned.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

12. A separate rate must be quoted on each items.

13. The highest bid rate will be valid for one year

from the date of the issue of the acceptance letter by

the undersigned.

14. GST will be collected on the sale of old

newspapers, magazines and waste papers as per the

rates prevailing at the time of disposal/sale. Bidders/

tenderers with Registered Goods and Services Tax (GST)

only must allow participate in the tender/auction

processes.

COMPOSTABLE CARRY BAGS FOR PACKING

EXAM QUESTION PAPERS FOR THE YEAR 2024-25

“e-Tenders” are invited on behalf of the President of

India by the Directorate of Stationery and Printing,

Puducherry for centralized purchase of Compostable

Carry Bags (Black) for the year 2024-25 through

e-procurement system. Tenderers should submit

their tender online at the Government website

http://pudutenders.gov.in. The tender details, terms

may

downloaded from the website http://www.py.gov.in and

http://styandptg.py.gov.in. The tenders will be

processed online only and hence, hardcopy submission

will not be accepted. The tenders without sample will

not be considered. The last date for submission of

Samples is on 18-09-2024 at 5.00 p.m. and the last date

for submission of both Technical and Financial Tender

online is 19-09-2024 at 5.00 p.m.
