NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of the G.O. Rt. No. 09, dated 15-07-2024

of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management,

the following Revenue Officials who have undergone

the Survey and Settlement Training as I-Batch (Karaikal

District) for the Financial year 2024-25 for 36 working

days in the Administrative Block of the Perunthalaivar

Kamarajar Complex, Nagore Main Road, Karaikal, with

effect from 22-07-2024 to 06-09-2024, are declared

successful in the concluding Survey Training Tests

conducted on 06th September, 2024.

N.B : Request from unsuccessful candidates as to

the cause of failure or revaluation of Survey

Training Test papers will not be entertained.

NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR THE SALE

OF HIGH SPEED DIESEL OIL (HSD)

The Office of the Superintendent of Police, Food Cell,

Puducherry, indent to sale about Total 1,000 litres of

High Speed Diesel Oil (HSD) in connection with

Crime No. 05/2024 of the Food Cell Police Station,

Puducherry, u/cl 6 and 15 of Puducherry Motor Spirit

and High Speed Diesel Oil (Maintenance and Regulation

of Supply) Order 1985, U/s 7(1) a(ii) of Essential

Commodities Act, 1955.

Sealed bid for the procurement of about 1,000 litres

of High Speed Diesel is invited from retail outlets/

industries/establishment on individuals on behalf of

Food Cell Police Station, Puducherry.

Terms and Conditions

(a) Sealed bid in the format below to be submitted

to the Superintendent of Police. Puducherry, in

a sealed cover with the superscription of “Bid for

Diesel Procurement” on or before on 25-10-2024

at 5.00 p.m.

(b) Bid to be accompanied with a Demand Draft

for 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) as earnest

money deposit. Demand Draft to be drawn in favour

of the Superintendent of Police, Food Cell,

Puducherry.







(c) Earnest money deposit will be returned to the

unsuccessful bidder on the same day.

(d) Successful bidder to arrange for the lifting of

the diesel of his/her/their own.

(e) Successful bidder to remit the entire amount

for the quantity of diesel plus.

(f) VAT/GST of any, and to lift the diesel from the

barrel within 2 days.

(g) Earnest money deposit will not be released to

the successful bidder, if he failed to comply.

(h) Earnest money deposit will be adjusted against

the amount payable for the sale proceeds.
