2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to
the Principal, Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College,
Kalapet, Puducherry-605 014, duly superscripting on the
envelope as “Tender for the purchase of old
newspapers, student answer sheet and student’s record
notebook”. The sealed tenders will be received by the
office up to 11.00 a.m. on 13-11-2024. The tenders will
be opened at 12.00 noon on the same day by the
undersigned.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of
500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money
deposit.
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender
sale is over.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tenders without assigning any reasons
thereof.
7. The successful tenderer should remit the full
amount immediately and clear the items within 24
hours at his own risk and cost, failing which forfeit his
earnest money deposit.
8. No claim on the quantity and quality of the
articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.
9. GST at the rate applicable will be charged.
10. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles
during the office hours in the stores of this Centre.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
Principal, Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College,
Puducherry will be the final.

Puducherry for Procurement of CTP Plate and PS Plate
