NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 6 of the Puducherry Institute of Linguistics and Culture (PILC)

Rules and Regulations and in partial modification of the Directorate of Art and Culture Notification, issued in

G.O. Ms. No. 08, dated 23rd June 2022, the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry, hereby makes the following rules to

amend the PILC, (Assistant Professor) Recruitment Rules, 2022 namely:-

1. Short title and Commencement.— (l) These rules may be called the Puducherry Institute of Linguistics

and Culture (PILC), Assistant Professor, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of the Schedule.— In the Schedule annexed to the Puducherry Institute of Linguistics and

Culture (PILC), Assistant Professor, Recruitment Rules, 2022.

For the entries against Column No. 11, of the following shall be substituted namely:-

In case of recruitment by promotion/deputation/absorption, grade from which promotion/deputation/

absorption is to be made : Not Applicable
