ORDER

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to extend the tenure of the First Council of Puducherry

State Higher Education Council (PSHEC) constituted under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) Rashtriya

Uchchatar Shiksha Abiyan (RUSA) vide G.O. Ms. No. 122, dated 15-12-2014, of the Chief Secretariat (Education),

Puducherry, for a further period of one year from 15-12-2024 or till the Council is reconstituted as per the provisions

of the Puducherry State Higher Education Council Bill, whichever is earlier.

2. The powers and functions of the above Puducherry State Higher Education Council (PSHEC) will be as

enumerated in the G.O. Ms. No. 122, dated 15-12-2014, of the Chief Secretariat (Education), Puducherry.
