Adverting to the Letter No.4667/DWCD/DD (WD)/ A4/
SHW/2021/460/1086, dated 20-08-2024, of Director, DWCD,
Puducherry and in terms of section 6 (1) of the Sexual
Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,
Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the District Local
Complaints Committee (LCC) constituted to receive
complaints of sexual harassment from establishments,
where the Internal Complaints Committee has not been
constituted for having less than ten workers or if the
complaint is against the employer himself, has been

RE-TENDER NOTICE
e-TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF TURKEY POULTS
‘e-Tenders’ are invited for the supply of 6 weeks old Turkey Poults on behalf of the President of India by
the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare, Puducherry for the year 2024-25.
2. The bidders who quote for the supply of Turkey Poults must be breeder or poultry breeding farmer or
distributor.
3. The rates quoted must be valid for a period of one year from the date of opening the tender.
4. The bidders should submit their tender online only at the Government website pudutenders.gov.in.
5. The tender details and ‘Terms and Conditions’ may also be downloaded from the website www.py.gov.in
and https://ahd.py.gov.in for reference. Tenders will be processed online only; hence, submission of hardcopy alone
will not be accepted.

TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for offering highest rate per lot for sale of unserviceable/damaged, obsolete
furniture items, canteen vessels, e-waste, old examination answer papers and old damaged library books of each
School under the control of the Office of the Chief Educational Officer, Puducherry, in “as-is-where-is condition”.
2. The details of the Schools and its unserviceable/damaged, obsolete furniture items are furnished in the
Annexure-I.
3. The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed to the Chief Educational Officer, Puducherry duly
sealed and superscribed on the envelope as detailed under the “Name of Items” in the tabular column for each item
and to reach the undersigned on 22-01-2025 between 2.50 p.m to 3.00 p.m.

The received tenders will be opened as per schedule mentioned in the above column in the presence of the
tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present at the time of opening of tender. If, the tenders opening
day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected. The tenderer who have submitted
tender in sealed cover only allowed to participate in the public auction.
5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of
6,000 (Rupees six thousand only) as earnest
money deposit. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender/
auction sale is over.

6. The tenderers can inspect the unserviceable/damaged, obsolete furniture items, canteen vessels, e-waste,
old examination answer paper and old damaged library books available in schools during the office hours with the
permission of the Headmaster/Headmistress from 20-01-2025 to 21-01-2025.
7. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer is found to be not acceptable, the public auction
will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid amount.
8. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of the materials will be admitted once the tender/auction
is finalised. This Office is not responsible for the safe custody of the articles once the tender/auction is over.
9. The tenderers should submit the following self-attested copies of the documents along with their tender,
i.e., (i) Valid GST Certificate (ii) PAN Card (iii) Aadhaar Card.
10. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount immediately and clear all articles within
24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited, GST rate in force
will be charged extra on the amount finalised.
11. The undersigned reserves the right either to accept or reject any tender or all without assigning any
reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final in case of any dispute.
