4. The successful bidder should pay the entire amount soon after the completion of the auction and should

clear the auctioned diesel at his own arrangement/cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same day, failing which the Station

will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or loss or damage of items once the auction is over.

5. GST/Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rate applicable, at the time of tender sale.

6. No claim on the quantity or quality of the items will be admitted once the tender sale is over.

7. The intending bidders can inspect the items of seized diesel during the office hours on any working day

but, on or before the auction date at this Food Cell(PS) with the permission of the undersigned.

8. The bids offered after the due date and time will be rejected.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bidders without assigning any reason

thereof. If, the auction date falls on a public holiday, the auction will be held on the next working day.

10. Auction is subjected to the discretion of the undersigned whose decision will be the final in case of any

dispute.

11. Along with the bid, a copy of any one of the following self-attested documents should be

submitted.

(a) Aadhaar Card;

(b) Valid Family Ration Card/Smart Card;

Karaikal, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm, and

state on oath as follows:

That I am the deponent herein. 

1. I state that my name is mentioned as ‘Gowsalya

()’ in my Aadhaar Card No. XXXX XXXX 4353,

issued by Unique Identification Authority of India.

2. I state that my name is mentioned as ‘’

in my Family Ration Card No. 460987, issued by the

Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs,

Karaikal.

3. I state that my name is mentioned as ‘R Gowsalya

()’ in my Elector’s Photo Identity Card

No. NPX0219576, issued by Election Commission of

India.

Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the abovesaid

names are referred, identified and relate to one and

the same person.

Further, I was a Hindu by birth. My birth name was

‘Gowsalya ()’ recently, I had embraced

Islamic faith. Upon conversion of religion, I had

renounced my birth name ‘Gowsalya ()’ and

assumed to myself the Muslim name ‘Faasila

()’.
