5. GST/Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rate applicable, at the time of tender sale.

6. No claim on the quantity or quality of the items will be admitted once the tender sale is over.

7. The intending bidders can inspect the items of seized diesel during the office hours on any working day

but, on or before the auction date at this Food Cell Police Station with the permission of the undersigned.

8. The bids offered after the due date and time will be rejected.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bidders without assigning any reason

thereof. If, the auction date falls on a public holiday, the auction will be held on the next working day.

10. Auction is subjected to the discretion of the undersigned whose decision will be the final in case of

any dispute.
