The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in its Order,

dated 07-11-2024, in the Record of Proceedings, dated

07-11-2024 in M.A. No. 393/2023 in SLP(Crl) No. 12831/

2022 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, New Delhi, has

directed to constitute a Committee in each States and

Union Territories for the implementation of Arms Act

1959 and Arms Rules 2016, made thereunder.
