hereby accorded for transferring the land measuring to
an extent 303 HA-14A-02CA detailed in the Annexure
attached to the Government Order which belongs to the
Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Puducherry, to
the Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and
Investment Corporation Limited (PIPDIC), a Government
of Puducherry Undertaking on acquisition cost basis
in lieu of issue of Share Certificates for the said amount
subject to the conditions listed in para 4 cited above.
6. This issues with the approval of the Hon’ble
Lieutenant-Governor vide e-file No. 19147 – 125/LGS/
2025, dated 24-01-2025.

Village, belonging to the Education Department,
Government of Puducherry, free of cost, on ‘No Profit-
No Loss’ basis to the Health Department, Puducherry
for setting up of new Nursing College in Mahe region

2. The land with school building transferred to the
Health Department, Puducherry should be used only for

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance
Department vide their I.D. No. 21141/FC/FD/F4/A4/
2024-25, dated 24-01-2025.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for disposal of used tyres
belonging to the Chief Secretariat, as ‘‘Single Lot’’ in
‘‘as-is-where-is’’ condition
2. The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed
to “The Joint Secretary to Government (Establishment),
Chief Secretariat, Puducherry-605 001”, duly superscribed
on the envelope as “Tender for purchase of used Tyres”
and shall reach the undersigned on or before 12-03-2025
by 11.00 a.m. The received tenders will be opened on
the same day at 11.30 a.m. in the presence of tenderers
who are present by the time. If, the scheduled date of
tender/auction happens to be a public holiday, the date
of receipt of opening of tenders will automatically be
postponed to next working day at the same time.

3. The tenderers should offer rate for “the entire
tyres as one lot” in their tender. Public auction will be
started from the highest rate quoted by the tenderers.
The sale will be offered only to the highest bidder.
4. The tenderers/bidders should deposit an amount
of 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) as earnest money
deposit (EMD) by cash. The earnest money deposit of
the unsuccessful tenderers/bidders will be refunded
immediately after the tender/auction sale is completed.
5. The
following
self-attested
photocopy
of
documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the
tenders, viz.,
(i)
Valid GST Certificate.
(ii)
PAN Card
(iii)
Aadhaar Card.
The tenders/bids without above-mentioned
certificates/documents will be rejected.
6. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the
entire amount immediately after the tender and clear the
items on the same day at his/her/their own risk and cost,
failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
7. This office is not responsible for the safe custody
of the articles once auctioned. No claim on the quantity
or quality will be admitted once the tender/auction is
finalized.
8. Tenders/bids received after the due date and time
will not be entertained.
9. The undersigned reserves all the rights to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final
in case of any dispute.
10. If necessary, auction will be conducted among
the tenderers to fix the highest rate. In the auction, the
tenderers/bidders who have submitted sealed tenders
only will be allowed to participate.
11. The GST will be collected on the sale of used
tyres as per the rates prevailing at the time of disposal/
sale.
