Notice of attachment to Thiru M.R. Muthuraman, son of Thiru Rathinavelu partner of
M/s. Nehru Service Centre, Kanniyakovil, Puducherry.
Take notice that as you have not paid or shown sufficient cause for the non-payment of the sum of 5,15,06,305
*(Rupees five crores fifteen lakhs six thousand three hundred and five only) although the said sum has been duly
demanded in writing from you. Therefore, the landed properties/building belonging to you as described in the Annexure
is/are hereby placed under attachment, and that, unless the arrear due by you with interest and other charges be paid
within 15 days from the date of service of this notice, the attached property shown in the Annexure will be brought to
sale in due course of law.

You will further take notice that from the date of this attachment notice until the date of sale of your land/
building hereby attached, you will be held liable for payment of tax/penalty/interest/kist/fees or such other amount due

of Land Revenue.
