NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Commission for
Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (Central Act 4 of 2006) read with the Notification
F.No. 11030/1/2007-UTL, dated 7th August 2013 of the Government of India,
Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi and as per recommendation of the Selection
Committee under rule 3 of the Union territory of Puducherry Commission for
Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2014, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is
pleased to reconstitute the Union territory of Puducherry Commission for Protection
of Child Rights, Puducherry, for a period of three years from the date of issue of
notification. Chairperson and Members of the Commission shall be as follows:
