NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to make the

following further Amendments to the “Rules for the Grant of Retention

Scholarship to Scheduled Caste Girls Students, 1992”, notified vide G.O.

Ms. No. 32/92-Wel (SCW-II), dated 15-09-1992 of the Welfare Secretariat

and published in the Gazette of Puducherry, No. 96, dated 23-09-1992,

(hereinafter referred to as the said rules) namely:



AMENDMENT

In the said rules in Rule 5, for the words, figures and brackets,

“ 100 (Rupees one hundred only)”, the words, figures and brackets,

“ 500 (Rupees five hundred only)” shall be substituted.

2. These orders shall be deemed to have come into effect from the

Academic Year 2025-26.

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department

vide the I.D.E.Comp.No. 25004/FD/F5/A1/FC/2024-25, dated 21-03-2025.
