(G.O. Ms. No. 04/2024-25, Puducherry, dated 24th March 2025)

NOTIFICATION

In continuation of the notification published in the Puducherry State

Extraordinary Gazette No. 133 at page 883-884, dated 10-10-2024, the undersigned

hereby notifies under section 5(1) of the Pondicherry Survey and Boundaries

Act 8 of 1967, that the survey operations of the lands in No. 44-Murungapakkam

Revenue Village of Puducherry Taluk in Puducherry region will commence from

the month of March, 2025 under the Government of India Scheme “NAKSHA”

(National Geo-Saptial Knowledge Based Land Survey of Urban Habitations).

2. Every person claiming to be interested in such lands as registered holder

or otherwise should attend either in person or by agent at the time and place

specified and from time to time thereafter when called upon for the purpose of the

pointing out boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith for

conduct of Survey operations at No. 44-Murungapakkam Revenue Village of

Puducherry Taluk.

3. The Survey operations in No. 44-Murungapakkam Revenue Village of

Puducherry Taluk will be conducted under the immediate charge of the Survey

Officer – Thiru J. Sagayaraj @ Vincent, Sub-Inspector of Survey, Office of the

Directorate of Survey and Land Records, Puducherry.

4. All the petitions concerned with the survey should be addressed to the

undersigned.
