TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for taking on lease of
usufructs trees of 55 coconut trees in the Coir Growth
Centre,
Chinna
Veerampattinam,
Ariyankuppam
Commune, Puducherry, for a period of 1 year from July
2025 to June 2026.
2. The tenders should reach the General Manager,
District Industries Centre, Thattanchavady, Puducherry,
on or before 3.00 p.m. on 15-05-2025. The tenders will
be opened by the General Manager in the Office of the
District Industries Centre at Thattanchavady, Puducherry
at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the
tenderers who choose to be present.
3. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
4. The intending tenderers may inspect the usufructs
trees in the Coir Gowth Centre, Chinna Veerampattinam,
Ariyankuppam Commune, Puducherry, at any time
during the office hours.
5. The intending tenderers should submit the tender
in sealed cover superscribed with the words “Tender
for the usufructs trees in the Coir Growth Centre, Chinna
Veerampattinam, Ariyankuppam Commune, Puducherry”.

6. The tender should be in whole of rupees only. The
tender from those who kept any arrears of payment to
be made to this office as on 15-05-2025 will not be
accepted.

(i)
The intending tenderers should deposit
an amount of 250 in cash as earnest money
deposit along with the tender. The earnest
money deposit will be refunded to the
unsuccessful tenderers as and when the tender
process is completed.
(ii)
The successful tenderer should remit the
balance of tender amount immediately by
deducting the earnest money deposit amount.
(iii)
An acceptance letter should be provided by the
successful tenderer within a weeks time. Only
after receipt of the same, the successful tenderer
would be allowed to enjoy the usufructs of
coconut trees.
(iv)
The successful tenderer shall also maintain and
utilize the Electric motor pump-set functioning
in the site of the Coir Growth Centre during the
lease period and return the same in good
working condition after the lease period.
8. If, the tender opening date i.e., 15-05-2025 happens
to be a public holiday, the tenders will be accepted on
the next working day up to 3.00 p.m. and it will be
opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day by the General
Manager, District Industries Centre, Puducherry.
9. This office reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all the tenders without assigning any reason
thereof.
10. If, any dispute arises in this regard, the decision
of the General Manager, District Industries Centre,
Puducherry, will be the final.

I state that my name is entered as ‘Devi
Deivanayagi G’ in my Bachelor of Arts in Economics
Degree Certificate, issued by University of Madras,
Chennai, bearing Register No. 1807570.
I state that my name is entered as ‘Devi
Deivanayagi G’ in my Master of Arts in Economics
Degree Certificate, issued by University of Madras,
Chennai, bearing Register No. 011120591.
I state that my name is entered as ‘Devi
Deivanayagi G’ in my Bank Passbook, issued by
State Bank of India, Karaikal Branch, Karaikal bearing
Account No. XXXXXXX4558.
I state that my name is entered as ‘’ in our
Family Ration Card, issued by the Department of Civil
Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Karaikal, bearing
No. 460756.
Hence, I submit that the names described in the
abovesaid records viz., ‘Devi Deivanayagi A’,
‘Devideivanayagi’, ‘Devi Deivanayagi G’ and ‘’
are referring one and the same person, i.e., myself
only.
Further, I state that hereinafter, for all my official
and private purposes, I shall be called, known and
distinguished only by the name ‘Devi Deivanayagi’.
The above statements in the foregoing paragraphs
are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
