ORDER
Whereas, an order was made vide reference 3rd cited,
directing the winding up of the affairs of the
Pondicherry Doordarshan Staff Co-operative Credit
Society Ltd. No. P. 568 (for brevity “the society”);
2. And whereas, consequent to the winding up of
the society, a Liquidator is to be appointed, under
sub-section (1) of section 127 of the Puducherry
Co-operative Societies Act, 1972 (for brevity
“the Act”), in consultation with the financing bank, to
carry out the liquidation processes for cancelling the
registration of the society;
3. And whereas, financing bank, viz., Puducherry
State Co-operative Bank Ltd., (PSCB) was consulted
and the said Bank consented for the proposal of
appointing a Liquidator to the society;
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred
on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the
Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, read
with clause (a) of Rule 66 of the Puducherry
Co-operative Societies Rules, 1973, I hereby appoint
Thiru C. Saravanane, Senior Inspector, as the Liquidator
of the Pondicherry Doordarshan Staff Co-operative
Credit Society Ltd. No. P. 568 with immediate effect.
5. The President of the Society is directed to
handover the charges of the Society to the said
Liquidator. Charges of the Society handed over and
taken over shall be informed to this Office;
6. On taking over of charges of the Society,
the Liquidator shall arrange to discharge the liabilities
of the Society subject to availability of funds from the
realizable assets of the Society. On completion of the
liquidation process, the Liquidator shall submit a report
to the undersigned to make an order for the cancellation
of registration of the Society under section 129 of the
said Act.

3. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the
“The Medical Superintendent, Rajiv Gandhi Government
Women and Children Hospital, Ellaipillaichavady,
Puducherry” duly prescribed on the envelope as
“Tender for the purchase of Old OPD and IPD case
records” and the tender should reach this office on or
before 09-06-2025 at 3.00 p.m. The rate should be quoted
for whole lot only. The tenders received after the due
date and time will be summarily rejected.
4. The tenders received will be opened on the same
day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of those tenderers or
their representatives who are present at the time of
opening. If, the last day happens to be a public holiday,
the same will be received and finalized on the next
working day.
5. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of
5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) in cash as earnest
money deposit (EMD) at the time of submitting their
tenders. The tenders without earnest money deposit will
summarily be rejected. The earnest money deposit of
the successful tenderer will be adjusted against the sale
proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately
after the finalization of the tender.
6. In case the highest tender amount offered by the
tenderer is found to be not satisfactory to the
undersigned, public auction will be conducted on the
spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid
amount.
