No. 429/PUDU/2025(l):- In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1)
of section 13(B) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in
supersession of its Notification No. 429/PUDU/2023(1), dated 27-07-2023 as
amended from time to time, the Election Commission of India hereby designates, in
consultation with the Government of Puducherry, the Officer of the Government as
specified in column (2) of the Table below, as the Electoral Registration Officer of
the Assembly Constituency in the Union Territory of Puducherry as specified in the

No. 429/PUDU/2025(2):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 13(C) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in
supersession of its Notification No. 429/PUDU/2023(2), dated 18-07-2023 as
amended from time to time relating to appointment of Assistant Electoral Registration
Officer, the Election Commission of India hereby appoints, in consultation with the
Government of Puducherry, the officer of the Government specified in column (2) of
the Table below, as the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer to assist the
Electoral Registration Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the Union Territory
of Puducherry, as specified in the column (1) of the said Table against such officer:
