In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 7 of the Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Government

of Puducherry hereby constitutes an Independent multi-disciplinary “Expert Group” comprising the following

Members to evaluate the Social Impact Assessment (SlA) report submitted by the Social Impact Assessment Team

in connection with acquisition of lands to an extent of 00.09.10 H.A.C at 41 - Olandai Revenue Village of Puducherry

Taluk and to an extent of 00.06.04 H.A.C at 36- Reddiyarpalayam Revenue Village in Oulgaret Taluk for the public

purpose viz., “Formation of link road south of Puducherry-Villupuram Railway-Bye-Passing of Arumparthapuram-

Natesan Nagar segment of NH-45A”, for the requisition Department viz., the National Highways Division of Public

Works Department, Puducherry.
