NOTIFICATION

Sanction of the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is hereby accorded for

extension of period of contract for hiring of Private Motor Vehicles for the use of

Government Departments / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies / Societies including

Co-operative Societies in Puducherry and Karaikal regions, for a further period of

6 (six) months with effect from 03-05-2025 to 02-11-2025 to M/s. Rainbow Travels,

Puducherry as per the existing approved rates furnished in the Annexure I to IV,

subject to the existing general terms and conditions stipulated in the bid document,

as indicated in the Annexure V and in G.O. Ms. No. 04/Tr.Sectt./2023, dated

03-05-2023 of Transport Department (Secretariat Wing), Puducherry, published in

the Extraordinary Gazette Part-I No. 50, dated 09-05-2023 and as per the Standard

Operating Procedures (SOP) issued vide Circular No. 27/TD/TR(SEC)/RTO(HQ.)/

2024-25, dated 13-08-2024 of the Transport Department, Puducherry.

2. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, Puducherry

vide their I.D.E.Comp.No. 35560/FD/F5/A1/FC/2025-26, dated 15-07-2025.
