NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of
the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act
39 of 1987), read with rule 4 of the Union territory of
Puducherry Legal Services Authority Rules, 1998 and on
the recommendation of the Hon’ble High Court of
Judicature at Madras, the Lieutenant-Governor,
Puducherry, is pleased to nominate Hon’ble Mr. Justice
R. Suresh Kumar, a Senior Judge of the High Court of
Judicature at Madras as the Executive Chairman of the
Union territory of Puducherry Legal Services Authority,
Puducherry, in the place of Hon’ble Mr. Justice M. Sundar.

NOTIFICATION
The Hon’ble Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to
include the Development Commissioner/Secretary to
Government (Finance) as an Official Member of the
Puducherry State Health Society (PSHS) in the G.O.
Ms. No. 13, dated 25-02-2014 of the Chief Secretariat
(Health), Puducherry.
2. Further, subsequent to the renaming of Central
Programmes viz., Revised National Tuberculosis Control
Programme (RNTCP) and National Vector Borne Disease
Control Programme (NVBDCP), as National Tuberculosis
Elimination Programme (NTEP) and National Centre for
Vector Borne Disease Control (NCVBDC) respectively,
the abbreviations of the said programme names
mentioned in the G.O. Ms. No. 13, dated 25-02-2014 of
the Chief Secretariat (Health), Puducherry, shall be
corrected and read as ‘NTEP’ and ‘NCVBDC’ instead
of ‘RNTCP’ and ‘NVBDCP’ respectively.
3. All other contents of the G.O. remains unaltered.

Terms and conditions
Tenders superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for
purchase of old newspapers and magazines” should
reach the Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for
Women, Karaikal on or before 09-09-2025 (Tuesday) at
3.30 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day
at 3.45 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers, if any.
1. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of earnest money of 500 (Rupees five hundred only)
while submitting the tenders.
2. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded immediately after finalising
the tenders.
3. Tenders received after the stipulated date and time
will not be accepted.
4. The successful tenderer should pay the amount
in full immediately and remove the articles at his/her
own risk and cost.
5. The Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for
Women, Karaikal, reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
6. GST will be collected on the sale of old
newspapers and magazines as per the rate prevailing at
the time of disposal/sales.
7. The intending tenderers can inspect the items
during working hours with the permission of the
Principal.
8. No claim about quality and quantity of articles will
be entertained once the tender is finalized.
9. In case of dispute, if any, the decision of the
Principal will be the final and binding on all concerned.

‘e-Tenders’ are invited for the supply of 6 weeks old Turkey Poults on behalf of the President of India by
the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare, Puducherry for the year 2024-25.
2. The tenderers who quote for the supply of Turkey Poults must be breeder or poultry breeding farmer or
distributor.
3. The rates quoted must be valid for a period of one year from the date of opening the tender.
4. The tenderers should submit their tender online only at the Government website pudutenders.gov.in.

TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old,
obsolete, unserviceable articles like wooden items, old
bicycles, car tyres, steel items, etc., belonging to office
of the Sub-Collector (Revenue) North, Puducherry, as
detailed in the Annexure to dispose the items in “as-is-
where-is-condition”. The materials are kept in the Office
of the Sub-Collector (Revenue) North, Puducherry.
Terms and Conditions
The intending tenderers may inspect the items kept
in the Sub-Collector (Revenue) North, Saram, Puducherry,
mentioned above from 20-08-2025 to 22-08-2025 (from
10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the above dates).

2. The tenderer may offer their overall tender rate
(not individual item wise rate) for all the enlisted items
both in figure and words in the prescribed format in
a sealed cover.
3. The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed
to the Sub-Collector (Revenue) North, Revenue Complex,
Kamaraj Salai, Saram, Puducherry, superscribed on the
envelope as tender for “Disposal of old, obsolete and
unserviceable articles” and should reach this office on
or before 26-08-2025 at 2.30 p.m. The tender will be
conducted in the chamber of the Sub-Collector
(Revenue) North, Kamaraj Salai, Revenue Complex,
New Saram, Puducherry.
4. The tenders will be opened on 28-08-2025 at 4.00 p.m.
in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the
time of opening. If, the tender date happens to be a
public holiday, the same will be received and finalized
on the next working day at the same time. The tender
received after the due date and time will summarily be
rejected.
5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in cash as
earnest money deposit (EMD) at the time of submitting
the tender. The earnest money deposit amount for
unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately
after the tender process is over/finalized. The tender
without earnest money deposit will summarily be
rejected.
6. The tenderers should submit with the following
self-attested photocopies. (i) Valid GSTIN (ii) PAN Card
and (iii) Aadhaar Card.
7. If, any false representation is found during the
tender process, the tender submitted by him / her / them
will be cancelled and the earnest money deposit will be
forfeited.
8. If, any participants misbehave during the tender
process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the place,
also their tenders will be rejected and earnest money
deposit will be forfeited.
9. The successful tenderer should remit the tender
amount to the Cashier, Office of the Sub-Collector
(Revenue) North, Puducherry, immediately after
finalization of the tender. Applicable rate of GST will be
charged on the tender amount as per rules.
10. The entire unserviceable materials should be
removed within 24 hours after finalization of the tender
at his/her own risk and cost. No claim on the quantity
and quality of the articles will be entertained once the
tender is finalized. This office will not be held any
responsibility for the items, once the tender is finalized.
11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept /
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reasons thereof, in the public interest.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.
