TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for the

sale of unserviceable/condemned dead stock articles

as-is-where-is condition, belonging to the Directorate

of Accounts and Treasuries (Branch), Mahe as shown

in the Annexure.

Tenders should be superscribed as “Tender for

unserviceable articles / condemned materials”. Tenders

should reach this office on or before 19-09-2025 at

3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened by the undersigned

on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of the

tenderers. The highest tenderer will be considered as

successful tenderer. If, the tender date falls on a public

holiday, the next working day will be the date for the

tender sale. Each tenderer should deposit a sum of

500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money

deposit in cash to the Office of the Deputy Director

Accounts and Treasuries, Mahe. The earnest money

deposit will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers

on the same day.

Tenders received after the due date and time will be

summarily be rejected, tenders received without earnest

money deposit will be rejected.

The successful tenderer should remit the full amount

in cash with GST 18% as applicable in this office as

per rules and clear the items within 24 hours at his / her

own cost.

The intending tenderers can inspect the unserviceable

articles at this office from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on

10-09-2025.

The undersigned reserves every right to accept or

reject any or all tenders received without assigning any

reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in

this regard will be the final.
