NOTIFICATION

Shri U. Vibu Krishna, I.P.S (AGMUT:2021), who has

reported for duty in this Administration on 04-08-2025

in pursuance of the MHA Order No. 14016/12/2024-

UTS.I, dated 16-07-2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs,

New Delhi and is awaiting posting, on cadre transfer

from AGMUT cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre vide MHA

Notification No. 1-11014/13/2025-IPS-IV, dated 04-08-2025

of the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, is relieved

from this Administration on the afternoon of 19-08-2025,

so as to enable him to report for duty in Andhra Pradesh

Administration.

NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to

order the following allocations of subjects among I.P.S.

Officers with immediate effect:-

1. Ms. Isha Singh I.P.S. (AGMUT:2021) Superintendent

of Police (East), Puducherry, on promotion to Senior

Time Scale of IPS vide Order No. 14016/17/2020.

UTS-1, dated 17-06-2025 of the Ministry of Home

Affairs, New Delhi, is transferred and posted as

Senior Superintendent of Police (Vigilance and

Anti-Corruption), Puducherry.

2. Shri Vinay Kumar Gadge, I.P.S. (AGMUT:2022),

on having reported for duty in this Administration

on the forenoon of 04-08-2025, in pursuance of the

Order No. 14016/12/2024-UTS.I, dated 16-07-2025 of

the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, is posted

as Superintendent of Police, Mahe.

3. Ms. Shruti S. Yaragatti, I.P.S. (AGMUT:2023),

on having reported for duty in this Administration

on the forenoon of 04-08-2025, in pursuance of the

Order No. 14016/12/2024-UTS.I, dated 16-07-2025 of

the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, is posted

as Superintendent of Police (East), Puducherry.

NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified that, in accordance with the

policy to grant “100% reimbursement of stamp duty” on

the purchase/lease/mortgage of land and/or buildings

for the establishment of new industries in the Union

territory of Puducherry, applications are hereby invited

from eligible persons who have registered such

transactions on or after 04-06-2018.

The prescribed application form may be obtained

either by downloading from the official website of this

Department or by collecting it in person during office

hours.

The duly completed application, together with all

requisite particulars and enclosures, shall be submitted

to this office on or before 10-10-2025 by 05.45 p.m.

It is further, informed that incomplete applications or

applications not supported with the required documents

shall be summarily rejected without prior intimation.
