This declaration is made after hearing the objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided
under section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013).
There are no inhabitants on the land under acquisition. There is no displacement of family or loss of
livelihood arises. Hence, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme does not arise.
A plan sketch of the lands may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Collector (Revenue)-cum-Land
Acquisition Officer, Karaikal on any working day.

Rules 2025, the Lieutenant-Governor of Union territory

Inspector of Police (presently holding the SP post on
ad hoc basis) in the Puducherry Police Service (Entry
Grade), on regular basis, with immediate effect, as per
the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion
Committee held on 22-07-2025.
2. The above Officer is not placed under probation,
as he will be retiring from service during the said period
of two years.

of Writ Petition(s), viz., WP No. 11860 of 2024 and
WMP No. 12954 of 2024, filed and pending before the
Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, Chennai.
