TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

The Petroleum Pump Dealers are hereby informed that 5,800 litres of diesel seized Crime No. 03/2024 of the

Pallur Police Station, Mahe. The same will be disposed off in as-is-where- is condition by tender on 05-11-2025 at

5.00 p.m.

Terms and Conditions

The sealed tenders should be addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Food Cell Police Station,

Puducherry, duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for purchase of abovesaid items should reach the Food

Cell Police Station” on or before 10.00 a.m. on 05-11-2025. The tenders will be opened at 5.00 p.m. on the same day

in the presence of tenderers present if any, in the Chamber of the undersigned at No. 63, V Cross, Jaya Nagar

(West), Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry-605 010 (rate quote per litre for each seized items of diesel separately if any

variation).

2. The tender will be awarded to the highest bidder on the spot.

3. The intending bidders should deposit an earnest money deposit of 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in

favour of “The Superintendent of Police, Food Cell Police Station, Puducherry” along with sealed bids. The earnest

money deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded on the same day soon after completion of tender sale.

4. The successful bidder should pay the entire amount soon after the completion of the tender sale and

should clear the tender sale items at his/her own arrangement / cost on the same day, failing which the Station will

not be held responsible either for the safe custody or loss or damage of items once the auction is over.

5. GST/Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rate applicable, at the time of auction.

6. No claim on the quantity or quality of the items will be admitted once the auction is over.

7. The intending bidders can inspect the items of seized diesel during the office hours on any working day

but, on or before the auction date at Pallur Police Station, Mahe, with the permission of the undersigned.

8. The bids offered after the due date and time will be rejected.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason

thereof. If, the auction date falls on a holiday, the auction will be held on the next working day.

10. Auction is subject to the discretion of the undersigned whose decision will be the final in case of any

dispute.

11. Along with the bid, a copy of any one of the following self-attested documents should be submitted.

(a) Aadhaar Card;

(b) Valid Family Ration Card / Smart Card;

I, Pavithra Narayanaswamy, wife of Sharad Athrey,

Hindu, aged about 30 years and residing at No. 30,

8th Cross Street, Krishna Nagar, Lawspet, Puducherry-

605 008, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath

That I am the deponent herein and I made this

affidavit on behalf of my minor daughter.

I state that my minor daughter’s name is entered

in her Birth Certificate as ‘Pranavi Sharad Athrey’,

issued by Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry

bearing Registration No. PM/P/2024/01229, dated

14-10-2024.

I state that considering the numerological aspects,

I have changed my minor daughter’s name from

‘Pranavi Sharad Athrey’ to ‘Vaishnavi Sharad

Athrey’, abandoning her former name once for all.

I state that said my minor daughter shall hereafter

be known and called as ‘Vaishnavi Sharad Athrey’

for all purposes, in all records and proceedings.
